in summer I have always preferred the Zip front Lightweight Hooded ones as if you get to warm at least you can open the zip to cool down a bit
and can recommended the fruit of the loom make ( unless your a fashion victim and like paying Carp tax of course lol )

I have one of these Helikon Tex - Patriot - they're warm but not really enough for the depths of winter - when it really turns cold I'm reaching for my SJ9
The Patriot is nice as it has pit vents, and having a full zip means you can regulate the temp etc
