I have a bit of a footwear fettish so heres my thoughts

Wellies

Le chameau are the rolls royce of wellies I have the neoprene and leather lined version and can wear theese all day every day and I can happily walk miles in them
Baffin trappers - perfect for being static a bit bulky but for cold weather cant fault them

Boots
Ugg Halfstein - Leather walking boot fur lined - mega comfy, warm and waterproof
Brasher - Had a few pairs hillmaster and sup[alite -= both are brilliant walking boots but not warm

I was looking at getting the grubs then saw the ‘cosmetically defective' fortis elements boots . This seemed too good a deal to resist . Very impressed for the price !

Le chameau are certainly the best i have ever had in wellies but you pay through the nose for them 👍

I picked up a 2nd pair of le chameau recently as tk maxx had them for £144 which relatively speaking is a bargain considering £350-380 most other places

I use the Aigle equivalent neoprene boots. Expensive but excellent and long lasting, I get about three years out of a pair and I wear them for work as well as fishing/shooting.

There are a slightly different shape to the Le Chameau version and I find them more comfortable.

My current pair cost £90 in a Decathlon sale - a relative bargain.
