I use to fish the other two lakes located on the other side of the A12 along with the linesman on the hill.

They were stock ponds for you know where Robin. I'd have thought there'd still be some in there.

They were pumped basically dry this year to keep the levels up in you know where. A lot of the foliage has now been cleared from around them. The new farmers mean business with the pumping.

Oh the new landowner certainly means business all right, have you seen the drawings for the 3000 houses on the farm? All over the farm, including round the Res. Even out on the point. Maybe not soon, but it will happen.

They didn't buy it cause they are farmers..! People with that sort of money invest to make more money. Just look at channels !! An absolute disgrace for the wildlife!
