yes or better still the ESP chod sleeves do the job with a side-hooked (if naked) bead above them or the bottom bead thing that you get with the Korda naked kit

Try the Fox chord/heli buffer sleeves at the lead. Just don't set them up to eject the lead though. Korda naked chord system above the hook link so it can be ejected if the line breaks further up.
