@tinhead, yes I got the Samsung 58inch qled one, quite happy with it so far. The sound is also pretty good, I don't bother using the sound bar I have, think I'll have to try and get the sound through the sonos speakers I have, possibly add the sound bar and sub eventually

Just for reference , The Samsung QLED is just an LED TV and NOT and equal to OLED TVs

Up on the wall, it was the biggest that fit on the chimney breast without overhanging

Oled was a lot more money and I'd have to shut the curtains to watch it, so for me the price wasn't justified

They fitted a big LG oled on one of the jobs before Christmas, it was a bloody big screen, but the 4 inches around the outside got significantly darker than the middle, is that normal with them?
