As said you still can get a bit of condensation but it's not really a big deal for me. I like it as it does a good job keeping rats and mozzies out. I think a wrap would be a good idea if your doing a fair amount of sessions in the winter.
I've had a few few easy domes in the past with the inner capule and never had any condensation. though they have a skull cap on the top.

A wrap will be far better for a couple of reasons
it helps a lot in reducing condensation helps keeping it warmer and if its chucking it down its easier to dry a wrap than a bivvy when you get home

IMHO ..........an inner capsule does not stop condensation it just hides it
