If you have a rucksack with webbing/adjustable straps it can be carried very easily on the back of that.

If you not talking a barrow and carrying all your kit, your probably better off carrying the chair by hand and having bags etc for other stuff, imagine carrying a chair in a bag would be quite awkward, and would swing around and bash into your legs. Strapping to a rucksack as said bellow would be an alternative if the rucksack allows
