I'm not sure to be honest.
It acts in every way the same as fluro, stretch, sinks etc but casts a lot better than anything else I've tried.
A mate of mine has had it on his spools for 2yrs and he fishes a lot so it's pretty durable too.

Just respooled my SS3s with the 20lb version- soaked for a good few hours in warm water and it went on like a dream, can't fault it

Iv used x-line for years been really good and very strong I also have pro clear on my other spoils if I need to fish at range,

Great for fishing up to about 80 yards

as you want tow rope I mean 20lb line

I would say go for Tiger line or Gardner Mirage Fluorocarbon Line got to be the top 2 lines
