Remember something similar from yesteryear called the SAS pod. Only ever saw one, took the bloke about 20 minutes to put it together. Looked smart when he'd finished though.

With two bits of elastic and a heavy duty carrier bag you could get a bit of bait out fast before fitting the buzzers.

I had an earlier version Gerry. Agree it was very stable, but i just didn't like to look of it. Reminded me of a mixer stand.

Fortunately I have never worried or even considered what something looks like

I am only concerned how well it works my late fishing partner I fished with for over 30 years used to say I swear gerry you deliberately push your banks sticks in at angles and different heights just to wind me up lol
he was and engineer and everything was so precise
I think I subconsciously do dont get me wrong if thats important to you crack on

Ritchie McDonald was without question the 1st tackle tart every thing in his bivvy was exactly in the same place every week his set up was like a military operation
but I know exactly where I have piled or chucked everything lol I am the opposite of a tackle tart

My swim always looks like a tornado has just passed through it but I know where everything is. Guys that set up wit spirit levels and an OCD view of their gear are welcome to their world, the fish can't see my crappy set up but still eat my bait.

My euro Pod cost about £40 years back. It's ugly, cumbersome but solid as a rock - bit like me really
