Only problem I've had with them they dealt with straight away no hassle. And I must admit my local yodel driver must be a one off his really good. I know that's a one off as I've heard so many bad stories about them

They was useless for me. Mucked up 3 very simple order on eBay, was a pain in the arse to sort out. I asked how they could mess up 3 very simple orders, my answer was a refund and blocked of buying from them on eBay 🤷‍♂️ ****heads

How did you pay?
If it was a credit card or Paypal it's probably worth contacting them to see if they will get involved on your behalf.

4 months to sort a bivvy wrap bag out, I had to just kept phoning up and asking to speak to the same person, as the 1st couple of calls all I was getting from them was let me try and find out what's going on and I'll ring you back.
Guess what ? No return call
Then Kept saying they had to wait to a new bag come in from the manufacture ( Aqua) after agreeing for me just to send bag back instead of the full wrap.
Me thinking they would have just swapped it with one they had in stock, how wrong thinking something would be so simple.
Thought I'd ring Aqua after a month or two but.

The Fella who answered phone at Aqua wasn't much use either as said it was TFT to sort, all I wanted to do was try and find out what was going on

Never used TFT since, be well over a year now
