Before wafters we're readily available I used to drill out the 11mm PJ pop ups and plug them with putty, they used to be balanced exactly the same after 18 hours out in the lake. Caught very well using pink savoury crab and white squid and octopus.
Recently I've been using the pink pineapple tips on 16mm bottom baits and they are brilliant. I'd happily chuck any of the proper jobs out.

Come to think of it I had a really good season years ago on patshull park on snowman rigs with 10mm white Tuttis. I caught really well for that season on them I haven't used them since. I have no idea why I stopped using them come to think of it

Nutty Maple snowman style with Cell or Nutcracker or similar has been kind to me
Fishy Peach on a Chod likewise - can leave them out for 48 hours without any concerns about buoyancy
They are ultra bouyant and take a bit of putty to hold them down - but this is not a criticisim

Looking at the Fishy Peach myself. You using the 11mm or 13mm's? Just wondering if the 11mms are buoyant enough to hold up a size 4 Ronnie? Cheers

Definitely, even the 11mm'ers would raise the Titanic

Maple cream in white are brilliant, I get a pot and split it in half, half stay as it and half I glug in the Korda almond goo and the go a nice pink colour. They take on the flavour really well and caught some nice fish on these from some tricky venues. 13mm on a chod or hinge with a size 4 seems to work

Just bought three pots of unflavoured.
Added a almond goo to one, maple to another and banoffee to another pot.
Ive had lots on the squids in 11mm, my mate also adds scent from hell to hes.
