Highly professional with the mention of names. No one has the right to pass comment if they don't know the individuals behind the brand... it is all down to how people are treated.

This is getting way too personal for me!
I just see profiles/nicknames (no idea about the real names behind them) who suddenly take it very personal, which i don't really like.
It was never my intention to upset anyone i want to add.

What's it got to do with me being professional? I don't work in the tackle trade. I own a plumbing and heating business. I was pointing out that it can't be sour grapes from me as I don't know the people involved in it.

I don't really understand the bit about how people are treated, this is a new brand so I'd hope they intend to treat their customers right or surely they ain't gonna last long??
