What's the point of flying them thousands of miles over hear to a strange land with a strange language when they are already traumatised. They can get everything they need including the love and affection of there own on their doorstep. They will be fine. Those countries are doing a fantastic job.

So you believe the EU system of countries has worked so well that their health care, infrastructure and endless amounts of cash can absorb 2 million people in 2 weeks, without assistance? Whilst we haven't a pot to piss in, but can supply any amount of death dealing equipment. Most outstanding post I've read on here endorsing the EU system.
I want to rejoin if that's the case.

Mate, Ukrainians are some of the brightest, innovative and hardest working in the world. Clearly amongst the bravest and they need all forms of assistance to knock the snot out of the aggressor Putin. That includes looking after their families while they do.

You referred to orphans. Chances are they don't speak English. They would be better off with their own.
The countries involved in accepting refugees are getting all the 'assistance' they need from all over the world via financial and humanitarian aid which we happen to be contributing to hugely. Your making out that we are doing sod all when that's clearly not the case.

Strange how these people just got terrified of groups like the Azov Brigade, at exactly the same time as Russian tanks crashed into their country. You wouldn't believe it would you....

This made me chuckle today
Bittersweet announcement but after an amazing 2 years as an infectious disease expert I am moving on. I am now an expert in no-fly zones and Eastern European affairs. Excited to make the most of this new opportunity.

I know how why and by whom the state of Israel was brought into existence. A lot of British soldiers blood was spilt by the Jewish settlers during it's formation.
You class Judaism as an ethnicity and or race. Therefore call Israel an "Ethnostate" I disagree with that definition. You can't back up your claim in any way.
