Hi all,

In 3 weeks I will go to rainbow for the first time .
Is there someone who had peg 789 in winter?
Is this a good swim in cold temperatures? I can´t find any information about it´s depts etc.

Many thanks in advance

I've fished 8&9 in the winter and summer, personally I prefer it in the winter they can be very productive pegs if the fish are there, nobody ever fishes 7 its just 8 and 9 really as 8 fishes what would be 7's water, I would be happy with 8 or 9 plenty of option's in both swims.
Good Luck 👍

Looks like a lot of the swims are closed due to how much rain there has been 7,8,9 being one that's shut, check before you travel.👍

True. Sitting in 11 now...water level super high. Just managed to put bivvy down by the rods.
But fish are hungry
