It's one of those things, if people want to use it, it's up to them, So much produced now for convenience, I mean grated cheese for example, not exactly difficult, but it sells, more important things in life than to worry if somebody wants to buy a ready meal!

People order from hello fresh and gousto etc because they lead busy lives and getting home from work, dealing with kids, cooking their dinner before getting a chance to sort their own out takes a lot of time in the evenings. It's a fantastic business model, just the same as Joe Wicks with his lean in 15 quick meals.
There's two elements to this fink food that they've pushed.
1) you don't need to go shopping
2) portioned meals and structured meal plans.
Let's pick those apart.
1) as adults and humans who eat food, every single one of us will do a shop of some description, even if it's stopping in a petrol garage for fuel on the way to lake, so it's hardly a chore to throw a pack of bacon, rolls and stir fry into the trolley (£10)
2) regarding the portioned meals, you can either buy packs and portion and freeze at home (maybe an inconvenience) but you get x4 for your money looking at their breakfast option. Structured meal plans... again, we're all adults and even the most basic and lazy of us can pick up a decent ready meal to warm up in a pan with minimum effort.

Again, it's not hard to do that if you're not an angler, people still choose to. I'm not sure why you are separating anglers from joe public, do they not have busy lives?? Are they not allowed convience food?
No matter what you say the business model already exsists and makes millions each year, so there is definitely potential, no matter how many moan on here, we're going round and round, I dont know who runs it, not particularly bothered, but good luck to them

I want know how they work out portion size,if its enough to feed some of them big names (that nobody outside of fishing knows)then won't be too bad.If you get a portion size delivered based on feeding Alan Blair your jacket potato will be the size of a new potato and three beans,be starving all weekend

I had a look at there website, and from what I can make out
is that they deliver to only a hand full of fisheries and a few tackle shops
So you can order and go to the tackle shop to pickup your order of food,
So why not go to a supermarket market instead ? More choices
I just can't understand that ?
Unless they deliver to many more places?
If they had a setup with say Uber or deliveroo, or something similar,
then to me that would work quite well,
And be a good setup In my view,
Example,
I'm down engey now, on Uber, I can order a shop from Asda's down the road, and it would be with me within 1 hour, any meat, milk salad, most things in Asda's
If they could do that, it would work much better,
But only delivering to only your home or a hand full of places, I honestly don't see the point ?
