So long as it has a USB port it will be fine.
Trakker state 0.4 to 1.6a draw. So theoretically worst case is 13 hours. But you mighy fimd that that 26000battery you haveismt exactly 26000, it cantvary a lot depending how they got that figure. Often it's plucked out the air.

Trakker with fan really are you that inept. As for Nashes Bbq probably the best on the market and yet so many couldn't get their head round it. I purchased another after owning my original one for near on a decade and people ironically saying they wish it was still in production.
I think the majority of Fox products produced are gash personally wouldn't waste a penny on any of it and yet I have a fair few Nash items that I think are good. Korda is another company that produces rubbish imo.

Out of curiosity I had a look at the Trakker bivvy fan, its basically a posher version without bits of duct tape etc holding it together and fastened to the bed chair head end to what I experimented with about 15 years ago, using a 5 volt cooling fan out of a computer. I ran it off a 12 volt leisure battery, through a power supply adaptor from Maplins.
It was as much use as tits on a bull.

I have a cheapy amazon one. Its not an air conditioning unit obviously, but it helps with air flow through the bivvy, and does move air around, which is what a fan is intended for. If you expect it to create arctic winds in the bivvy, you will be disappointed. If you want a small fan to offer even the slightest improvement to conditions, then you will be happy. Id rather have mine, than not
