Can anyone recommend a bivvy really quick and easy to put up and packaway please? I've never had one before. I usually do day fishing with my fox easy shelter but I want to start going nights....

I've got a jrc bloxx compact bivvy and it goes up quick and easy and packs away easily too without having to jump up n down on the bag to get it back in.
Plenty of space for a duralite bedchair and all my gear it's a touch low to use with a bedchair buddy I'm nearly 6ft tho with my scope bed I would get away with it but the duralite is much more comfortable.
It's got plenty of mozzi panel vents and a skull cap the front zips out too

Get yourself a tempest mate can be done for days stripped back and then can be used for nights aswell

Fox Frontier
Nash Titan T1, faster than any other on the market, 20 seconds then peg. Stand in one position lift up poles lock into place fan out pull the front forward and clip done, free standing Bivvy.

So the same as all the other bivvies mentioned.
Timed my previous Quest defier bivvy from bag to fully pegged + skull cap 2m 2 sec, found the defier also much better than the T100
My Fox frontier xd is also very quick to set up (not timed yet)

To be honest the difference between most bivvys set up/pack down times are all within 5 mins. Therefore just get the one that fits your budget and liking and just make time if it takes a little longer.
If you can't spare an extra 5 mins there is something wrong!
