Cheers Andy, very helpful!
Looking increasingly likely that all flights to Spain will be cancelled in the next few days, Tui have now followed Jet2´s decision to cancel all flights to Spàin.
Cheers Andy, very helpful!

Stephen,
My post was on the 14th, which was yesterday Saturday
not sure what you are saying about Monday?
The official lockdown commenced midnight of Saturday 14th
Easyjet made the announcement yesterday concerning not bringin passengers to Spain, but sending empty planes to collect their passengers, this was done AFTER both Jet2 and tui made the same announcements previously.
Police are now 'asking questions' when the public are in the streets, also stopping cars at roundabouts etc.
I will now copy/paste in a separate post a communication from the citizens advice bureau in Spain, outlining the full details concerning the whole of Spain.

From the citizens advice bureau Spain.
The Board of Ministers has approved the State of Alarm as announced yesterday. Initially for 15 days, starting at the time of publication in the State Bulletin, just before midnight 14.3.2020, with the possibility to extend.
All police and army forces are now under direct control of the Central Government. A special committee has been formed, including the ministers of Defence, Interior, Transport and Health. Presided by the Minister President. The Civil Protection units will receive their orders from the Central Government as well. The Central Government is now authorised to close off roads or restrict traffic from and to certain areas for public health or safety reasons.
The Central Government can also recruit the services and facilities from the private health sector – they now respond to the Health Minister. Likewise the pharmaceutical industry, to ensure continued availability of prescription meds.
All businesses and government organisations are asked to facilitate working from home where possible.
The necessary measures will be adopted to guarantee the supply of electricity, petroleum products and natural gas.
The Board has approved a general measure to maximise restricted movement by citizens. Citizens are only allowed to leave their homes, individually (unless accompanying a disabled person or for another justified reason), in the following situations, both on foot and by car:
to buy food or other primary necessities, or to get prescription meds from the farmacia
to visit medical facilities in case of urgency
to go to your workplace or to carry out labour, professional or company duties
to return to your habitual home
to take care of children or other dependant family members or to assist elderly or disabled people
to visit banking or insurance institutions
for reasons of overwhelming force or situation of necessity
for any other activity of an analogous nature duly justified
to walk your pet (this was not mentioned in the original list, but mentioned specifically during the Q&A after the press conference)
to fill your vehicle up with fuel
Repeated info on the closure of all education facilities throughout the country and the possibility to replace by alternative, online teaching activities where applicable.
All retail businesses will be closed as well. With the exception of farmacias, those offering medical, orthopaedic, optical or veterinary services, those selling newspapers (kioscos and estancos), petrol or hygienic products, technological and telecommunications equipment, those offering telecom services, those selling animal feed products, dry cleaners, hairdressers. E-commerce or commercial activities by phone or mail.
Hosteleria and restaurant services are suspended, exclusively authorised to offer home-delivery services instead. The Minister President mentioned take-away services as well, but they are not mentioned in the Royal Decree. If offered, establishments need to make sure that appropriate measures are in place with regards to collection. Specified in the Annex to the Royal Decree: Tabernas y bodegas. Cafeterías, bares, café-bares and similar. Chocolaterías, heladerías, salones de té, croissanteries and similar. Restaurantes, autoservicios de restauración and similar. Bares-restaurante. Bares y restaurantes de hoteles, except when providing services for their guests. Salones de banquetes. Terrazas. Maintained Spanish terminology for easier cross-check with relevant opening licences.
Museums, discotheques, auditoriums, sports facilities, attraction parks, leisure activity centres, processions, popular fiestas, folkloric manifestations – all closed or cancelled.
Attendance at places of worship and at civil and religious ceremonies, including funerals, are conditioned on the adoption of organizational measures consisting of avoiding crowds of people, depending on the dimensions and characteristics of the premises, in such a way that attendees are guaranteed the possibility of respecting the
distance between them of at least one meter.
National transport
Most public passenger transport services by rail, road, air and sea will reduce their total offer of operations by at least 50%.
Commuter rail services (cercanías) will maintain their range of services.
Some specific criteria for transport between the Peninsula and non-peninsular territories, as well as for transportation between the islands will be established.
For info re possible cancellations of international flights from and to Spain, please contact your airline.
UK Government advising against all but essential travel to Spain
Suspension of administrative deadlines
Administrative procedures at the Public Administrations will be suspended for the duration of the State of Alarm. Meaning that if the max. period to process an application for something would ordinarily be 3 months, it will now be 3 months and 15 days, or longer, if the State of Alarm is extended. Except in relation to procedures directly related to the State of Alarm.
Suspension of limitation periods and expiration
The statute of limitations and expiration of any actions and rights will be suspended for the duration of the alarm state and, where appropriate, of the extensions to be adopted.
Tomorrow, Sunday, the Minister President will hold a video conference with the presidents of all the Autonomous Regions. We will keep our members up-to-date about any new factual information that becomes available.

yes what you have said is correct Catalan like Murcia / valencia went into early lockdown but the rest of Spain did not and so it officially starts 8AM tomorrow this is designed to allow people to travel home over the w/e ....and i am guessing that national law will then take over from regional law ? .....so the question is now does our lockdown clock start again from monday ? ...no one seems to know the answer ....but without a doubt we are in an unprecedented times of which no one knows the outcome ....but at the moment there is soo much crap being printed on social media ...things like you cannot go in your own garden for a smoke !!!!! and yet a mate out in the campo not far from me at lunchtime was in his local bar today drinking with the police local ....who knows anything anymore

Saw on the french news at lunchtime that at the borders into Spain, the Spanish police are turning away all people with non essential travel. i.e. no tobacco runs, no filling up with cheap fuel, only letting people through to visit hospital or to the pharmacie. ( other than transport of goods.)

I think tobacco runs are ok as the tabacs are open, they also sell scratch cards too, so you could be lucky. They might ask for proof though, for the tobacco, I find a good smokers cough helps.
Hope this helps.

My lockdown update
i cannot speak for anyone else ...as every area seems to be different
we are in day 8 ? or 6 but who cares now it has been announced by the government our lockdown has been extended now for another 15 days and i will expect that to be continually extended
yesterday managed to get some more meds for me so thats a good thing only taken a week but hey it will keep me alive for another 2 weeks !! ( there is NO room in the hospital here now )
life here in Murcia region is slowly getting harder every day now and alot worse in Madrid
only allowed to to go shopping and chemists basically
only 1 person in a car unless special circumstances and must wear mask and gloves (which you cannot buy anywhere ) no mask and gloves is a 601eur fine !! or sent away with nothing
food shops are now reducing there hrs and have to close on sundays and holidays
and my local supermarket has has no meat since last sat and yesterday i took a very basic list with me and only got half of it ...things like no milk / eggs / meat / spread / butter and very limited fresh veg and no frozen veg and remember i live in the fruit / veg / salad bowl of europe !!!!! ...so in a few weeks time there won't be alot in the UK either as most of it is grown here in Murcia
there is plenty of food in my nearest town but we are now only allowed 2 of each item ...sometimes i am not allowed to go and i have been turned away by the police ....it just depends on what policeman is on duty on the roadblocks and how they interpret the law on that day !!!
so as you can see life is getting harder here now and does make me think why didn't i hoard now like lots of people but no you do the decent thing and it will probably bite me on the bum ...and believe me this is coming to the UK
so forget about fishing etc etc that was another lifetime ....this is the new world get prepared and good luck

Thanks for the update, we live in central France and things have not got that bad here at the moment, still some food on the shelves, expect the same here after our 2 week lockdown finishes next week, another 2 weeks. 135€ fine here for non essential travel. I went to my doctors and pharmacie last Wednesday and was stopped twice to check my attestation (certificate) that allows you to go to the doctors, etc.
Keep safe and good luck.

Well its been a strange week here on many levels
this is day 14 of what was originally 15 days but it's going to be at least another 15 ? ...no one really knows how long !!
watching UK tv makes me jealous you are now in lockdown now as well and its like your on holiday compared to here
if caught outside your property without good reason the fines start at 600eur to 60000 and believe me they don't mess about here
the weather this week has been unbelievable and we have had 5 days of heavy rain ( normally 10 times a year ) and really low temps of 12C most of the week instead of 25C so we have had the heating on all week and getting wood pellets was a nightmare on its own as they had to be delivered instead of me picking them up ... i have recorded 220mm of rain and my underbuild has flooded not sure what we have lost at this time ....the local town has had flooding which is not unusual here but my god it must be horrendous for the people living there as the restrctions stop the community spirit of helping one another and no shops to goto
but in a weird way as the weather has helped my shopping needs ...nobody likes to queue in the pouring rain here so managed to get everything this week as the panic buying has finished and the shops have managed to restock including my meds for the future which is great but my wifes hospital appointments have been cancelled but we can live with that ...and the hospital is the last place you want to goto at this moment in time they are rammed and struggling
this week was also my birthday and our wedding anniversary and we did have a party planned which was obviously banned so that sort of put a downer on the week...but we will celebrate it big style when this lockdown is over just got another 2 weeks to go (hopefully)
i certainly have gone through a lot of videos on youtube lol and watched some utter crap but also some really good fishing ones aswell
this guy does a pretty good video on the lockdown here in Spain

Sounds like a great plan, you forgot to mention make sure you don´t cover your face up when you cough, that will guarantee a longer stay in Spain, irresponsible!
