Has anyone had any recent experience with this company?
I received an email from monster particles advertising this company so I clicked the link and ordered a couple of buckets on the 25th Feb.
Paid via PayPal immediately.
Still no sign of my buckets11 days now.no email and have sent a couple of emails with no reply..have emailed monster particles who say they only have the same email address to contact them and can't help.
I have spoken to PayPal who say they will message them and give them 10 days to respond.
Just wondering if anyone has used them recently or has a contact number?

According to their Facebook page, they're under new management & have moved into new premises. If you're on there it may be worth dropping them a message.

That may explain the delay in processing my order I suppose.
I'm not on Facebook...not for me.
I will wait and see what happens but I think they could have replied to my email .I have had no contact or update on my order after 12 days which is poor customer service... moving premises or not.

I would cancel it and use oiips.co.uk. a proper professional outfit and decent prices if your ordering a few. I spent £200 odd with them last week and I was so impressed by the whole process I spent another £400 with them today! Yes I am buying for commercial reasons.

Ive used them
Took about 10 days for my buckets to arrive

Digging up an old thread just to spam on it. Either pay to advertise like everyone else, or post something useful without promoting your company.

3 years ago I got sick to death of breaking my finger nails on poxy plastic buckets 
so I invested in some NGT zip topped soft bait buckets bloody brilliant squash flat when not in use and you can put a plastic bag in it for messy glugged baits etc
IMO 1000 times better than ****ty plastic buckets
gone up in price a lot since I bought 2 for 15 quid but still worth it IMO Like this you may find them cheaper ? LINKY POO
