I am thinking of ditching my quiver and single rod sleeves and have seen pics online of the speero 5/6 rod holdall.

Has anyone used it or seen it? does it take 5 rods with big pits and 50mm guides?

I have also seen the korda holdall but that one looks a little on the small side

Thanks tony, do you think it is to big then? are there any others you know of that are maybe in between size compared to the speero one and the korda which i believe is a bit on the small side?

I bought one, put my rods in, took them back out and sold it. Very well made, but absolutely massive. Far too big for me

The korda luggage is very well made and really well thought out,it might be worth a look.I think most bags to carry that much is going be quite bulky,I guess one of the 3 up 2 down type bags might be the way to go

Wish they would bring out a 2/3 rod version like cotswolds trident.

Gutted. Way to big and bulky 5 rod holdalls. I think there missing out as more and more people dont even take a spod or marker rod these days as boats with a deeper or echo built in or so popular now due to how cheap actor and nd boats are. A 2/3 rod is the perfect size for me.

I've had speero luggage very good quality at a good price but it is all so bulky as said the fashion now is minimal
there gear is all so big designed around the long session and abroad angler imho
they need to make a sleeve with a small rucksack as said solar or Korda sleeve might be better

There carryalls and bags are very compact and have loads of storage pockets. Ive got nearly everything they make but the one i use the most is there modular cool bag and its brilliant. I can get every in it and its still very a very compact size. If im doing a overnighter i clip the square cool bag on the top to pit my food in.

Even the compact rucksack is bulky,had it all and got rid.I fit all the stuff out the speero in my TA rucksack but it's alot more compact

I fitted all my stuff from the speero compact rucksack to my ta carryall lol
to be fair it all depends how your fishing I do short days so I was thinking of getting the speero stalking bag at one time but a mate said it's to small for days
if others are doing longer sessions then it probably doesn't seem bulky as they just need more gear to take but will say it's the best quality gear out there at a fair price unlike others I could mention imo
