Pacific Peche in Limoges and Poitiers have bags of all prepared particles, hemp, maize, tigers, etc. open 6 days a week.

If I bought some bait from a French / European bait company and paid for it to be delivered to the UK would I be able to take it back into France ❓

Would be the same as importing pigs to slaughter then going out to France with a sausage sandwich and the french taking it off you
