Looking at getting the trakker Armo v4 but have heard mixed reviews, any opinions? Cheers

I've just got the 2 man version. I've got a one man slx v3 as well. It pretty much is the same as that in terms of putting up and pegging etc. Not used it on the bank yet just put it up in the garden.

Just bought one for £350, I haven't managed to see many reviews either which is annoying. In a bivvy review section it was said to be pretty **** hot.
Angling direct price matched with johnson ross and total fishing tackle and got next day delivery

Have heard mainly factory fault based reviews such as quality control amongst other things, Like there being imperfections in the materials and joins aswell. But on the other hand have read lots of people who swear by the whole Armo range. Gonna bite the bullet in 2 weeks if I can find one. Will let you know how I get on with it

Everyone seems to be doing offers on these and selling them off cheap, I'm guessing the sales wasn't very good?

Yes, maybe Takker has too many V4 2 man's in stock.
It 's bit the same case with the Takker SLX3 2 man Plus wich was sold at a lot of shops at a price that was significant lower then the normal SLX3 2 man.
And the SLX3 2 man Plus is much bigger?!

Not to sure mate I got a email from total fishing tackle and angling direct both saying there was a sale on all Armo v4 bivvies I had a look and even the one man was discounted a fair bit compared to what it was a few weeks ago, only thing I could put it down to was they wasn't selling to good.
Not slating it though because I was tempted to buy the one man with a wrap once I seen it

Sales are mainly on the Plus version (and some shops have sales on the V4), bought my Slx v3 plus for £ 311
Top bivvy quick to set up / take down, inner dome, heavy duty groundsheet all top quality
If you go for the Armo V4, you won't regret it.
For my Slx v3 i had the Nash double top mk4 2man, the Trakker is much better in every way
we are so happy with our Slx V3 that we will gonne buy the Superdome of Tempest 200 early next year, with wife and kids we are with 4, the Slx V3 plus is a bit too small and will become my bivvy then for when I go fishing with one of my kids

It's well made mate. it's a bit tricky packing up with the inner dome attached but not too bad. the poles I found where a bit tight to pull out the first few sessions but they loosen.

You are not wrong about the poles, they were very tight. But all in all was a decent bivvy easy too put up and take down, lots of room for a 1 man in my opinion. I'm very pleased with the purchase
