Pretty sure it has a waiting list that unfortunately closed at the moment.

And I cant see many dropping their tickets now its starting to do some bigger carp!

As you mentioned Carpathia (fenced fishery good stock with some reasonable targets) Horseshoe has been mentioned but what about possibly one of the Embryo waters like Stanton, Phil's or Cables all fisheries of a similar ilk.

Hi All,

I have been running the Rat Race at Linear for more years than i care to remember. This last year or so the place seems to be getting more and more busier and lakes are being closed off for bookings.
I live in Gloucsester but have never really looked at fishing the Cotswold Water Park until now
Any suggestions on where to go that dosent get too busy.
Also contact details for any syndiacte waters would be most appreciated.

Carp society would be my first call.

Horseshoe lake has plenty of carp with spaced out swims and I think you
can join straight away.

Agree, I have just purchased a year permit just short of £450 so great value. Stunning 60 acre lake, loads of space and swims and very well run. Just had my third trip and love every single minute of it. I travel up from the south coast every 3 weeks for 72 hours

I think Mark Bryant (of Baitworks) runs a few syndicate waters in that area might be worth dropping him a line.
