It has been brought to the attention of the mods that certain foreign venue owners/organises have been spamming and touting for business via pm when members have asked for information about venues, i.e A member posts a general message saying "Im thinking of going to Le Lake has anyone fished there before" the member has then received personal messages advertising other venues.
this will not be tolerated and is against the forum advertising rules, anyone found doing this will be banned from the forum.
1. owners / organisers who do not have an advertisers plan, are NOT allowed to advertise there venues at any time.
2. Owners / organisers who do not have an advertisers plan, are NOT allowed to post pictures of catch results from their venues
( only members who have fished your venues can do this )
3. Owners / organisers who do not have an advertisers plan, are not allowed to bump threads up about their venues
4. pms are not allowed to be sent if you are trying to tout for buisness,at any time.
5. you may answer questions on threads about your venues, but you must not mention that you are the owner
( you are only answering the question and there is no need to mention who you are) this will be deemed as advertising.
6.Any venue owners joining as” new members" and posting on their venue threads will be BANNED and their venue removed from this forum for 3 months

once you have an advertisers plan you are allowed the following ( depending on advertisers deal)
1. you may answer questions on threads that ask about your venues( you must not Spam on other threads)
2. you may have a catch result thread and may keep it updated but you must not post on the thread more than once a week
( you can edit the post if you need to add anything)
3. you may advertise special offers/ deals but this has to be authorised by a mod first, for clearance.
4. you may post a link to your venue on a thread, if a member is asking for information on fishing trips abroad.
5. Any venue owners joining as” new members" and posting on their venue threads will be BANNED and their venue removed from this forum for 3 months
NO venue / organisers are allowed to bad mouth other venues at any time or get into arguments, with other venue owners / organisers
this will not be tolerated and will result in a three month ban.
once an advertisers plan has been paid for and payment has been received, it will not be refundable at any time, even if a ban is served.
