What’s your baiting choice to fish the s2 over looking for a good quality boilie

I have some gbp1 wafters which have dried out and become pop ups. Is there anything I csn do to revert them to wafters. Is there a liquid I can add which will weigh them down without ruining them.

Out of interest will you be doing the whole range in the airball mix? Was a big fan of the cornballs was gutted when you stopped doing them as I’m not really a fan of the crushed cork.

The Tackle Box & Fishon Tackle will both have their pop ups on Friday. They are extremely buoyant air ball pop ups, which have been through our curing process five times.
Size 4 Incizor hooks, size 8 ring swivels. The 14mm pop ups had floated the whole lot for three days in this photo. They will need putty. The 12mm have been sitting perfect on the same rig with no putty. That’s a big, very heavy hook, plus a large heavy ring swivel. They are still in the glass now, holding everything up dead straight on both rigs after six days.
We have 5kg (basemix) of DNA Bug crushed cork pop ups and balanced hookbaits that are ready this weekend. Please do not message asking to reserve them. The moment they are ready and we know exactly how many tubs there are, I will say on here. They will be special orders. We have loads and loads done.
We are so stupidly busy, the new variations of the S2 crushed corks might not be able to go onto the website just yet. Next week, all being well we will do them on here as special orders. Again, please do not message asking for them now. The moment they are available for sale, I'll say on here. The Cherry Cola S2 are brown. The Scopex/Pineapple & Red Berry/Vanilla S2 are pink. The Rod Hutchinson/S2 are white.

Personally, I would never use bait screws with the crushed cork pop ups. I always pierce them, doubled length of floss, big bait stop. Tied onto a ring.
Every time I've said that, people always tell me that they use baits screws with them with zero problems. Loads of people. But they are a soluble food bait, with big lumps of cork. They will go a lot softer than an airball pop up. They are meant too.
Often, weed is a big part of the problem if you ever lose one. If you test them in the edge, they will stay on forever. But they do go very soft after a day or two. Reeled in through open water, they never come off. Reeled in through any sort of weed, and they will get pulled off when soft.

In reply to Post #2094 I use the crushed corks with bait screws , never had any issues. The metal screws are the ones i use, the plastic ones I find absolutely useless

In reply to Post #2100 I've left them out for 48 hours on bait screws and not had them come off. Gpb1 that is, not sure about the others
