Fished there 2023, great lake lots of water for all swims with some good size carp and responds to bait.
Lots of features to fish to including deep margins (9 foot) and gravel and sand bars, some areas over 20 foot depending on the level of the river which runs behind the facilities lodge.
A good sized bait boat is recommended with a decent sonar to locate features and find what depths you want to fish.
Swim 1 is a sloping grassy bank with shade to be found on the fence line or close to the apple trees.
Toilet and shower in the lodge along with solar power to charge batteries and phones, there is also a decent size fridge (shared between all 3 swims) to keep food and drinks cool
