He went out and got the backing though didn’t he? Do you understand how it works? Wealthy investors don’t just give people money and not expect anything back.
He might pay himself a decent wage and take dividends on performance, but there isn’t just a guy in the background throwing money at him. It’s Ali’s company that’s the whole point, he will be expected to make a return on the investment or his investors will pull the plug.

People slag him off because they find him annoying. You don't find your best mate annoying do you. Certainly not in the same way. I think he had balls to go it alone. I think he saw an opportunity to be head honcho and have a bigger slice of the pie. I wish him well and hope he is very successful. I still think he is annoying. That's my problem, not his. I will get over it.

It's nothing like going it alone, he has a massive backer relatively speaking, and at a guess he'll probably be on a wage and bonuses to prize him away from Korda, plus I doubt he's had to pay for any of those jollies.

I’m not for one minute saying id buy any of his products or that it’s better than what already out there. Just annoys me people slag him off cause it’s Ali.
The same people would be promoting there best mate on insta cause his a spark/plumber etc that’s gone it alone because he thinks he could be his own boss and do ok for himself
People were slagging of the name before they had even released a product, but they’d be happy promoting daves drains cause it was there best friend trying to make a go of life

True , I think the test will be when they bring out something really different, rather than refinements on stuff already at market , he must have something in mind.
I got slated on Facebook when he released the clothing for just saying I liked the style of one of the jackets in olive as I thought the paintball camo was crap. I had loads of people giving it the beans , praising a product that had not been released , and blatantly they had never seen it in the flesh . I will have a look at the hooks etc when I'm in a shop , then make my own mind up.

Regardless of if you think his a **** or not. He could have stayed at Korda being comfortable for the rest of his life. His walked away and tried to go it it alone, any man with half a backbone has to admire that

Ali shouts it's all great , and expects people to just agree . If nothing else it's more choice 🙂 . The naming of stuff is questionable for me , but that's minor , but for sure Ali will be very very excitable on each item. The big excitement on one thing was a red line aligner 🙄, and most items are already on the market from established tackle producers . The tackle box thing that straps to your rod 🤔, an answer for a problem that iv never had in 40 years .
