Ask for your money back mate. If you've payed by PayPal or visa/credit card, just get your lolly back that way. Nothing worse than being given the run around and mugged off. Hope it gets sorted for you 👍

Ordered from nene valley kettles back in July/aug last year they do custom kettles I added a few items to my order and got confirmation of it being posted waited and waited and no items so lost in post nothing they done about it or the way approached was really terrible anyhow I put this all aside because of his work and reordered and to this date still nothing has come so that’s 2 orders in each of 195 over a year later and no items just excuses after excuses I’ve waited long enough reason I ordered again I said I’m only ordering if I didn’t have to wait we agreed I wouldn’t have to wait and here I am 3/4 months after 2nd order waiting
Nothing else I can do but to make public Hoping this gets the items I’ve paid for to me as messages are ignored or when they are replied to it’s either basically wait longer and just bad customer service I was told it would be sent out on the 11th Oct and now I’ve been told it will get done when it’s done 😂
