Probably not the best idea to publicly plan your act of vandalism/criminal damage.

As for 'poisonous berries' half the plants in the average garden centre could kill you.
I'm tempted to add an oleander to the chrysanthemums, hellebore, lilies, azaleas, cyclamen and daffodils so the neighbours cat is really running the gauntlet all year round when it decides it wants to **** in my garden

I haven’t yet managed to see the chap around whose tree it is. I have however seen my other neighbour whose dog was poisoned by those berries and proceeded to tell me just how poorly his dog was. Hopefully he’s going have a word.

As taking dog for a walk I just missed him as he driving part way down the road.

Had a similar issue with a neighbour .
Her tree was protruding into our garden and I cut down the branches that were on my side of the fence .
She reported me to the council stating I have destabilised the tree by cutting the branches making her side too heavy .
The council came out and told her to to prune her side of the tree 🌲

When I see the concerned neighbour around I’ll have a word with him regards my concerns whilst also dropping in that those poisonous berries are also in the garden ‘insert number and place’ and that they’ve poisoned their dog.

If you do decide to chop back the overhanging branches you're best off checking that there isn't a Tree Preservation Order on the tree or you might find you'll be getting another visit from the police and upto a £20k fine

Unfortunately she’s a woman that has stated to me that they now have everything they need including their own home. She even told me that they’ve got the plasterers in and that’s the last thing that would ever need doing and then went onto say that the kitchen will never need replacing because it is state of the art.

Certain types of trees do not cope well when they have copper nails hammered into the trunks.

Find out when they are going on holiday.
