To be honest not a lot I would have thought
If you just want a boat to take a bait out with none of the fancy stuff you get nowadays then you can't beat them
I fitted a fish finder to mine with enhanced its capabilities
Got fed up with the faff of having to remember to charge and carrying around leisure battery etc

Hi I had one in 2004 the R6 battery life for ever and very well made. Big and heavy with very good internals. Only negative apart from the weight is its fairly slow.

It is the mk 1 Stealth Gerry , i think Stevie dropped the rear hopper when he renamed it. Wish i'd never sold mine. And yes he lived down on the south coast and it was tested in the Solent i believe.

The Stealth R6 is a brilliant rough water boat they tested it in the Sea

ITS BIG ! and solid but guessing you could update the electronics to 2.4 and modernise it ?

Sorry I can't answer your question but as I also have an R6 so will be interested in any comments. Not used it in ages so definitely needs new batteries but it was bulletproof, could handle the worst winds even if it did roll a bit!

Hi guys, I have an old r-6 bait boat kicking around. It's years old, almost retro, but works fine.

Do you think it is worth anything, given how far boats have come along these days?
