In reply to Post #1 My suggestion would be Rushes. A genuine runs water with the chance of a 30 , probably no bigger but lots of smaller carp and cats. Excellent food and shallow margins so should be no issues with a 10 year old.

In reply to Post #1 Not been myself (yet) but the place at the top of my list to take my son if he still enjoys fishing when he is old enough (a few years to go) is Bounty Lakes. Just ticks all the boxes you have asked for and the reviews on here are consistently positive

Morning all,
My friend and I are planning our first ever French trip for Spring/Summer 2023 and having not been before we're looking for a few recommendations. Base requirements include:
- Happy with a junior coming along (10 years old)
- Food packages available
- Ideally well stocked, with a good chance of a bite
- Good facilities where a 10 year old will feel safe etc.
Anyone have any thoughts or previous experiences to go by?
