In reply to Post #1 Biggleswade and Hitchin Angling Association search Bighitaa.co.uk they have Gingerbread Lake at St Neots with carp to mid 40's. They also have a few lakes that run along the railway line at Sandy in Beds near the A1. Membership is about £90 with a night fishing permit from £125 up to £225 dependingonwhich lakeyou wanttofish. I'm not a member there (yet) but will be looking to join in a year or 2.

Plus you've got the entire St Ives complex which you could probably fish for the rest of your days and still not cover all the water.

Hi all I've not long moved to the area and am looking at getting my name down on a syndicate/club lake or two. Don't mind a wait for a ticket to come up but I'm after the sort of place you could fish for years if you get me? A special place you might say. Obviously I know people keep there cards close to there chest these days and I respect that so any info or pm's would be great 👍
