In reply to Post #1 I use the fox drop off inline kit which can be used with or without a leader, I have been impressed with them and have dropped as required in the heavy weed that populates the lake I fish. I do not use fox leads preferring to use inlines from Long Chuck Leads (on FB) as the quality is the same but considrably cheaper.
I always run a pair of scissors around both front and rear bore to ensure all coatining deposits are cleaned out and the systems works as it should.

In reply to Post #1 Korda in line safety kit can be fished be fished without a leader straight through on the main line. There are some good vids on you tube. Fox do kit too but I've never used it.
All you really need is an in line lead, a tail rubber and a size 8 swivel or ring swivel if you prefer. Thread the tail rubber on the mainline then tie the swivel on. Tie or clip your hook link to the same eye of the swivel as the main line. If you are using a ring swivel, use the big ring. Push the unused eye of the swivel into the front of the lead. Lead the line from the swivel to the back of the lead keeping it tight and push the tail rubber on to the lead. It won't come off on the cast but if you pull the hook link and the mainline above the lead in opposite directions at the same time the lead will eject. It is important the mainline runs tightly from the swivel, over the lead and tight through the tail rubber. If you want or have to use tubing just thread it on the mainline before the tail rubber. You can buy double ring swivels and swivels with a plug on one end etc for this but really no need.

Hello,
Please can I have some advice.
Currently I make my solid bags on ready tied leaders within inline leads.
Ian going to fish a lake with a leader ban and also you have to use drop off in lines.
How do I go about setting this up?
Cheers
