I looked at the inflatable ones but i'm always getting hooks set in the net or sling when unhooking I would be ever fearful of puncturing it .. haha

If weight and size are an issue, I think Aqua do a self inflating mat.

Try the Gardner asylum mat,has sides but folds down flat and comes with good quality bag as well.

so many waters want cribs / cradles raised now as standard .. I've just had to upgrade from my mat .. but didn't like any of the cheaper ones out there .. so went for the trakker sanctuary over priced but seems well made and will last years ..

Looking for a new mat which is not to expensive but must have "raised edges or sides to prevent fish sliding off" suggestions please edit (Sorry not a cradle as they are banned)
