I’ve just seen that The Cons have announced the sad passing of their head bailiff Bob Perkins.
Bob has been the head bailiff for the nearly twenty years that I’ve been a member. He was a very popular man and I’m sure the news will come as a shock to all the members and anyone who met him in passing whilst fishing in the colne Valley.
A warm and friendly man with time to chat to everyone. His passing is a great loss to the club and its members and even more so to his friends and family.
RIP Bob and thank you for all your hard work and dedication.
