thinking the same - i'm usually a 32r - guess medium is the goer? dont want them too long i sthe thing.

how did you get on with the sizing?
been eyeing up and flecktarn parka and a set of the trousers but im a bit of a chunk
do they come up big/small?

Another vote for the eBay gortex army surplus gear. I have been using a pair for bait digging (Austrian green I think) for around eight years and they have stood up to that so carp fishing should be a piece of cake. I use flecktarn stuff on the bank.

Yep, I have these too thanks to Gerry, just watch out the sizing is a bit odd, if you go this route might be best to ask on here about it

Have a look on eBay at the castle clothing fortress flex 920 waterproof trousers can get a set for under £20 posted decent good quality waterproof trousers

If you dont mind Camo gear I would buy a pair of German Flectarn Gortex trousers

they are superb built in braces have a zip fly access to your trouser pockets BREATHABLE heavy duty Gortex

Would you guys go with an outdoor goretex brand or the likes of Korda drycore,fortis marine etc...???
