I dont why the gs command so much money, I had a set years ago and they were horrible clunky antiques.

Or the million max the predecessor to the 6k.

If the tourney 6k goes out of production although I doubt it will and numbers circulating become minimal it would fetch the highest of prices on the resell market.

Never really seen the attraction toward the ss3000

Never heard them called Organ Grinder before and nor can I think why ?

Coffee Grinder yes, and understandably however, still a great workhorse of a reel.

Mine have Been cleaned and boxed in the attic I’ve just got some 6000t cheap £400 I’m gonna use this season see where it goes I just can’t see me ever selling my SS’s

There was barely any difference between the original and re-release though apart from the hex and square drives, in fact the addition of a proper roller on the re-release that stopped the awful line twist made it at least on a par...

I made the mistake of getting rid of a great set a few years ago and it took me a couple of years to get hold of another set I was happy with.....these aren't going anywhere, sod putting them in a cupboard, I love using them too much!

The irony here is the other post concerning old Hutchy flavours, yet people get obsessed with a squeaky old reel that wasn't even designed for carp fishing. Must be the Tel factor again...

Can only see the reels going up and up the less they are available where do we see the price endingit up ?
