Good point, looks like the OP is from Lancashire.

Although I’d prefer to do a round trip to Kent than use that AD stuff.

You can get ABS Plan B or MC Nut for £35 for 5kg, for me that would be better bargain.

So because they don’t use big named anglers to promote the gear. That’s also utter rubbish, not everyone needs nick helliur or Tom maker to push the bait. I’m not a munch user but know a few that are and it catches a lot of fish

It would be unfair of me to comment on the effectiveness of the bait as I’ve never used it. But I have had a good look at their range at a show and there was absolutely nothing stand out about any of it for me. It appeared to be quite a basic cheap bait and not something I’d ever consider using. But each to their own, obviously plenty of people must be using it as they are still in business. Maybe better suited to commercial hungry waters perhaps.

Utter crap mate - pal of mine picked up a bag of their cream seed (as they were cheap) and the boilies were breaking up coming off the throwing stick - I had a look at a few and wasn't impressed - something not quite right about them. He blanked using them as well. I'd err on the side of caution and spend my money on a bait with some pedigree - look at who they distribute baits to as well - quite a narrow customer base and few of the major tackle dealers stock them - also note that most of the good reviews you find for munch baits are written by the people who get given free bait to use I think the final thing to note is their website and the bunch of noddies they have lined up to promote their baits - talk about scraping the carp fishing talent barrel

So, I started using their Cream Seed about 6 weeks ago, just wanted something relatively cheap to see me thru winter with decent reviews. Every review seemed positive and they're pretty cheap, so I went for these. And they've been pretty decent, caught well on them.

The texture is a little bit powdery, the firmness is OK (not too firm, not too soft). Got a few pots of hookbaits also, the boosted hookbaits are good, though they are not rock hard like I thought they would be (wanted some rock hardhookers to deter crayfish). The wafters are OK, though only available round and in the same colour as the freebies. Not that much for the pop ups. The liquid food is good too.

Overall, pretty decent. And at £35 for 5Kg from AD, a bargain.
