In reply to Post #2 Cheers for your help I’ve already watched about 40 videos.a fair few by John kneebone his videos are really easy to follow.And his explanation of how he builds is rigs is easy.Also watching a large number of Carpology videos on equipment.Thanks again for your help and I will be back for more.

In reply to Post #1 I wouldnt get caught up in solid bags and all that fandango gear yet mate. If your ok tying basic rigs just stick to those with some small bags, stringers or even single hookbaits. Have you used cage feeders for your barbelling? If so try a method feeder, nobody seems to use them any more, quicker, easier and cheaper than a solid bag and they used to be very effective back in the day.

Guys I’m a total novice to all that go’s on within the carp fishing world.Rigs are not to much of a problem as there are loads of YouTube videos to watch.And I’ve tied my own rigs for barbel fishing for years.But I’m baffled with things like solid bags and such.Can you help please.
