ordered 2 v2 brolley infills and 4 quicksticks from team outdoors infills arrived after 4or 5 days with an apology that quicksticks were out of stock they would send asap 2 weeks later sticks arrived
happy with service when you think you cant get hold of most tackle at the moment

Good news is my order turned up today......I did laugh though.....

I ordered a Tempest V2 Skull cap, (I thought I was lucky and had found someone with old stock)....I even messaged them beforehand and asked, "is this definitely for the V2?" to which they replied yes......anyway, when I opened it up it was a skull cap for the Tempest Advanced 100, however I read at the weekend that Trakker had said the Tempest Advanced 100 Skull Cap Wrap fits the old V2 so I thought I would try it..........hey presto it fits!!

So I went to all that trouble to order a Tempest Advanced 100 skull cap all the way from Holland taking over a week when I could have just popped in to my local Angling Direct.....and it cost me £20 more.....

As far as I know they don't rip people off and their stuff usually arrives, but they're extremely slow and very tough to communicate with. Just repeating what I read online every other day though. I've never ordered with them because of the many complaints.

They have a notoriously bad reputation in Holland, for the very same reasons you mentioned.

Ordered a infill for my tempest last week arrived after two days.
The lad who put me onto off here had ordered some gear aswell and think that arrived

Anyone had any bad experiences with these guys?

I did a bit of research and they appear to have a decent enough reputation with the UK market with a quick delivery turnaround. I ordered an item last Monday, (28th) and received an email the same day saying it would be dispatched that week. I dropped them a quick email on Friday last for an update but got no reply. Did the same again yesterday and got a one liner saying it had been dispatched and that they would send me a tracking number but nothing since......

OK, I know it's only just over a week but just a bit concerned....
