Only the profile 'owner' and MODerators can see the whole address.
Other users just get see a rough location
Click my profile and see what you can see for an example

I think the 3 month rule is quite strict. Generally if someone appears to be a sensible user I turn a blind eye to that...but it's up to the MODs to decide at their discretion.

In order to try and help cut down any problems it is a requirement that people wishing to sell items fill in there address/phone details on their profile.
This rule also applies to users requesting items they need (wanted ads).
Also, in order to cut down on arguments where users outbid each other we request that the seller puts a price against the item(s) for sale immediately. If the user wishes to auction the item they should use a website more suited to that kind of transaction (such as eBay)
