In reply to Post #15 How are you getting on mate?
I was just about to start a new thread about the venue when I came across this one. Does anyone know how the venue has historically fished in the colder months (Jan/ Feb)? Thinking of a social booking with some friends.

In reply to Post #9 Up to Burghfield Common you have a Tesco Express, Co Op, Nisa and a bakery there is also an Esso with a Spar although only a small one. Head the other way towards Reading up the Burghfield Road on the A4 there is an Aldi and Lidl ( next door to each other) and another Esso with a decent Tesco's. Blue pool is about the same time to each of them.
Next to the Co Op is a take away pizza shop that will take phone orders for collection they don't do delivery.
