I was watching a set of 6 bushwhacker extension poles out of interest, was amazed when they went £142 plus delivery...they are only £60 new. Same person was selling the bushwhacker pole kit and that went for the same price as a new one yet you can get them new at the min!

It is definitely a strange place that's for sure.

I have seen listings up as a Buy it Now and not sell get re-listed as an auction and go for way in excess of the original Buy it Now price..... .....if you can hold your nerve and be prepared that an item might not go for as much as you wanted then a 99p start auction attracts idiots from miles around....

A good time to sell on Ebay at present....
Hopeless for buyers though.

I was taking interest in the price of Korda Krimping tools recently.... not that they were required, simply out of interest.
An item costing £15 brand new was being regularly sold at £60 (auction) for a used item when the shops had no stock.
As soon as shops had stock the price plummeted back to the £10 (used) they usually are sold for.

There sure are a lot of mugs in carp fishing with more money than sense.
I'm expecting a glut of used tackle at knockdown prices when the new anglers that just started during lockdown realise it's not for them or redundancies occur.

I sold my fox black label compact pod on there 2 weeks ago, it sold for £185 plus £6 postage I couldn’t believe it, I only paid £160 brand new Only expected to get about £120 for it by looking at the others but the bids kept going up so wasn’t going to complain, put the money towards my new pod so I was happy

I’m on the lake at the moment. On the ground, with a fair bit of mud on it , is an original, complete, Steve Neville landing net.

Maybe I should sell it and take a holiday....**** can’t go anywhere
