Stayed in lower mill estate before, Which is really lovely. Not cheap though but some good mixed size houses to suite most situations. You get free fishing with a couple of lakes to go at. I fished the “carp” lake and had about 6 tench in a morning but didn’t see any signs of carp.

In reply to Post #1 Churn pool, amazing fishery with a lovely 'cabin' with all mod cons. The fish are big and stunning.

In reply to Post #1 Have a look at Whelford Pools mate. Steve has some amazing cottages there, equipped with hot tubs and all sorts. I believe a couple have exclusive fishing rights too. There’s also a day ticket lake on site that’s well stocked with good looking fish that are growing quick .
