Haha!
As far as I'm aware that's the only way you can buy them. Waste of time really if you can't get the actual taste of the snail, I'd imagine it would be like a whelk?

That’s something I’ve never been bothered about, posh potted meat

I can handle a bit under a nice steak Rossini now and again but other than that, forced fed ducks liver is a no for me. Watched a program about it, force feed them maize with funnels lol, cruel *******s the French, saying that they eat frogs legs, horses and all kinds of **** so it shouldn’t come as a surprise

Another disgusting process, force feeding until the liver is so fatty. Wrong, plain wrong

Oh , i salivate just thinking about it , i had an embarrassing episode once in a french restaurant when they gave me a humongous wedge as it was nearly out of date , in my local village , bit of a treat , i can recommend it as an effective laxative !

What’s wrong with you

That’s never right, a blend of several birds livers, with a nice Chianti too?

Only thing I believe is he has a superiority complex, he must be hungry as I'm only feeding him the odd scrap.
