It fishes best with singles or at the most stringers. Slack lines and the near margins is how I fish it. U

Back from a 2 nighter at Raker on peg 6. First time fishing this lake. Bailiffs Steve & Sam proper sound and welcoming. Nicely kept pegs. Plenty of space between swims and didn’t feel overcrowded like some places.
Sadly, didn’t even get a run in the 2 night sesh. Totally switched off. Swans and ducks killed my swim hoovering all my offerings as it’s only about 5ft deep. Sure that’s not the only reason for blanking as most didn’t do well with the odd exception this weekend either. Deffo be back as it’s a beautiful, well kept lake.
