Watched it earlier today. Carp brothels. So sad but so true.

The new Thinking Tackle podcast with Nick Helleur, one of the best podcasts I've ever listened to, not just fishing but any... brilliant, sharp, witty and somewhat outspoken. Going back to the 90's I never liked his persona, too cocky for me etc but now... whether I've mellowed, he has or we both have just superb. You have to listen or watch it. Dragged in, wrists bound and bag on his head and then takes over the show...

Just discovered yours, Sam. Listened to a couple whilst working this week. Very good indeed, especially the one with Dean.
Look forward to listening to more of these.

the new relaunched nash podcast is by far the poorest podcast I've listened to,no structure or running order, neither know what's coming next..its not even like 2 mates having a chat, very poor amd very annoying like 2 childish kids who's found their dads stash of porn mags...pretty much sums up nash's work force really.

Many thanks.

Yes I’ve definitely found that that to be true re times/days. Some EOs and other substances can be very attractive and palatable one day and then be of no interest another day.
Interestingly though, the best 3 EOs I’ve tested so far have been consistently attractive every time I’ve tested them. Well, so far anyway!
Absolutely tons of variables that need to be brought into consideration though as I’m sure you’re very aware.

For those of you who like the Nash podcasts- they have built a studio like Korda and it looks like they will be putting out regular episodes now.
The older episodes are not my kind of thing at all but perhaps things will change now they have their own studio etc. Worth a go

Great podcast, really enjoy the bait talk.
When testing essential oils as single substances (in tank) have found the carp react to some only at certain times. This was in a heated tank so temperature was pretty constant.
My observations leaned against that they possibly reacted better to some of the EOs when they had recently been fed leading to the theory that they worked in synergy with the other stimulants released from the food.
This may be all wrong but worth thinking about when testing.
Looking forward to hear your results!

Another non-fishing one worth a listen is called gossipmongers.
Had it on in the car on the way to the lake last week and haven't laughed that hard for ages.
With episode titles like The Edinburgh Fisting and The Boy with Hot Urine you cant go wrong.

Yesterday’s Carp Angler Chronicles podcast is good/funny/freaky.

Sams spooky story had me fixated for sure. I had something similar but not as progressive happen to me in the past. Like he says, if it had not of happened to him he wouldn’t have believed it!

Their podcast is most definitely my favourite!
