no need to fish 2 rods there, if you do, take a second net.

In reply to Post #7 Not fished it for a few year but all I will say is take loads of bait and keep piling it in, soon as you stop the fish will move to another angler who is feeding them even in winter!

In reply to Post #6 sloppy zig mix and keep the bait going in and you will have alot of fish, sometimes its very hard to keep 2 rods in the water great fun.

In reply to Post #1 Cheers for the mixed feedback.
Will definitely not be fishing nights and having more of a social.
Looking like it will be zigs & slop or method feeder

Fished it a few times all I can say is reel in at night otherwise you end up looking like a hill Billy redneck on crack

In reply to Post #3 Rumour is, no need to take rods , just use a crab line , sit back and wait.

In reply to Post #1 I've never fished it but heard you can pretty much catch on a bare hook lol.
I've seen a lot of people bag up on zigs with sloppy spod mix over the top.

After cancelling our annual trip to france for this year I have been convinced to go on a social to drayton res for 48hours.
I believe we are on the decking and am already aware we need to get bivvy board pegs.
Never been but have herd it can be a bit of a manic runs water.
Any advice about tactics or general advice much appreciated.
