Hi Zebedee
My son and I fished Poultons for 24hs back in June, had 4 between us and lost another.
We had all of them a couple feet from the far margin - the 2 biggest came using the washing line method, small wafters over a handful of pellet, hemp and chops. The bottom seemed fairly even and quite soft, the fish were giving themselves away by clouding up. No action overnight, with all the bites coming a couple hours before sunset and a couple after sunrise.
It’s a nice lake and great to have it exclusively, but don’t underestimate them, they were deffo aware of us and line shy
Good luck
Matt

Morning all,

I've just booked 48hrs for two of us.

Can't find much online apart from stock etc.. Any advice would be appreciated. I'll take the marker rod/deeper for feature finding as per norm but anyone who's fished it let me know what you thought..

On a plus note 120quid for 48hrs with the whole lake to ourselves winner

++ Berners Hall ++ auto correct
