Yes its been doing well for me catching every session on it, mainly the bigger fish too. I've been using jb plum instead of the trop liquid

Iíd start off by substituting 100g of the SG60 for 100g milks and PDFM , the fruit stim is quite high too , if itís anything like BAFís fruit sense youíll only need 4-5g max

I thought that looked a decent mix to be honest. With couple of additional powdered attractors I think Iíd pretty much use that as is. Not sure on the tropical fruit personally. I prefer my big fish mixes to smell unpleasant, not a fan of Carp sweets other than for runs waters.

Hmbb from BAFS

Is this the TROPP amino your talking about?

Seen this on their site. Looks like a cracking base mix that for anybody or people who are unsure. People will struggle to put something like that together when starting out. Plus you can buy it in smaller quantities, knock it up as you need it, fresher the better for me

Good on you for having a crack

Should roll Ok looking at the semo and CLO. Bloke once told me years ago, making bait is like making chairs, first one donít look like a chair, then your making something that looks like a chair before your knocking out chairs until eventually you will have a few masterpieces

If the truth be know anybody who has made bait has started off similar trying to create the holy grail of carp baits, the ultimate bait with lots of ďultimateĒ ingredients

The more you roll, the more your interest in bait ingredients grows and the more you will refine your preferences. You can calculate nutritional profiles and then look into more details such ast amino content, vitamins and minerals etc

Then somebody comes along with a poor nutritional attractor bait and emptyís the lake lol

Attractors are mainly a personal favourite for me based on experience but thereís enough information out there to find the really good ones nowadays

All part of the learning curve.NOTHING gives you more pleasure or confidence than catching on your own bait

Some of the comments are a bit harsh I think.. looks like a decent mix.
Try it, if it catches you fish then why not. I've been using Hmbb from BAFS and tweaking it, extra expensive milks like rennet and some GLM , FF6 etc.. catches fish..

I was taught that each ingredient must provide an advantage and not detract from the other ingredients. If you donít know what that advantage / disadvantage is then you shouldnít include it. That goes for every ingredient

I wouldnít be rolling that for a beginner itís way to complicated. Why dont you just buy a pre made base mix to start and learn the very basics. Getting your baits Perfectly round, boiling times to play around with I like mine to still be paste in the middle. Air drying times I donít like to air dry for too long maybe 8 hours Still like them to be fairly soft. I donít want all the moisture to be gone and completely dry the mix out. Start mega simple or you can lose yourself up your own arse very quickly
